News from the SAHS

San Antonio Herb Society
March 9, 2017 Meeting

Herbal Infusions, Vitamin Waters and other Herbal Drinks.

Pat is an Ohio native, who loves herbs for their history, medicinal uses, cooking and the simple pleasure of growing them, the more unusual the better.   She has been presenting programs on Herbs and their uses for over 25 years and is always learning something new.  Pat retired from the United States Army and has written several booklets on Herbs and their uses as well as making numerous medicines.  She loves hosting and attending tea parties and finds that herbs are the perfect plate, garnish, and  flavor for all of the goodies to be found at a tea party, she also enjoys sewing for her girls (dolls), who also host and attend tea parties.    She is a member of the SAHS, Chef de Garre of Voiture 20, 40 et 8, American Legion, AMVETS, Colonial Dames of the XVII Century, Mayflower Society, Daughters of the American Revolution.  She volunteers at the VA Clinic and the Ohio Genealogy Society.
