Thanks to the planning committee for the great time all of us had at the Members' Only June Banquet. The tables looked so creative! There were Salsa Dancers, Salsa Judges, Salsa Contestants, and, like me - Salsa eaters! 

President Eileen Achorn and Vice President  Evelyn Penrod did a super job of organizing the salsa contest and prizes - recipes to be posted soon. The awards, lovely ceramic containers planted with overflowing herbs, were outstanding. See, below, Mary and Jinnie with their awards.

Viva  the San Antonio Herb Society for another outstanding banquet!

Stay tuned for information on the Members' Share meeting in July - I think that most of us cherish the summer to get back in touch with our group and our membership, and I always look forward to it. For my share item, I have a wonderful new book by Jeannie Ralston from Hill Country Lavender.
