PIN WHEEL APPETIZERS (Rosemary Kotrich)

2 (8-oz.) pkgs low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbs. cilantro, chopped
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix
1 pkg. large flour tortillas
Salsa or guacamole

Mix all ingredients together. Spread on each tortilla and roll up firmly. Refrigerate until cream cheese mixture is firm. Cut off ends. Slice to make pinwheels. Serve salsa in center of platter. Serves a crowd.
