SMOKED OYSTER LOAF (Marilynn Weeber)

1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 can smoked oyster
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
chopped parsley
1 Tbs. sour cream
1 Tbs. mayonnaise
garlic to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste

Blend all ingredients except oysters well. Add chopped oysters and blend by hand. Mold into loaf form; chill. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve with knife on small crackers or melba toast.
