CREAMY SAUTEED SWEET PEPPERS (Mike & Lyn
Belisle)
12 oz. Jack cheese, shredded 6 oz. Crema
Mexicana 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced 2 yellow bell
peppers, thinly sliced 2 green bell peppers, thinly
sliced ˝ cup lime juice 2 Tbs. minced garlic 2 Tbs.
vegetable oil 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
Sauté peppers
in oil, then add garlic, lime juice, cilantro and Crema. Top
with Jack cheese to melt. This is also good poured over
braised or grilled chicken or noodles.
