ORANGE-GINGERED CARROTS (Jackie Compere)

2 (1-lb. bags) baby carrots
1/3 cup orange marmalade
fresh ginger
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Stem carrots in small amount of water containing slices of fresh ginger and the lemon juice. Grate a 1" piece of ginger into marmalade. Mix into steamed carrots.
