Mint Pineapple Appetizer (Veronica Gard)

 

Take a ripe pineapple.

Take mint leaves from your garden.

Take a package of cream cheese.

Take a packet of cocktail sticks.

1) Cut the pineapple into small cubes.

2) After washing them, take the mint leaves off their stems. Put

into a pile.

3) Cut the cold cream cheese up into small cubes.

4) Put a mint leaf onto a cocktail stick. Add a piece of cream

cheese. Add a piece of pineapple. Finish it off with another mint

leaf.
