If you’d like an easy way to fertilize your plants, consider the AquaVor watering can. It has a pump on it filled with nutrients, & you simply pump it a couple of times and it goes directly into the can. Fill with water and water your plants. Check it out at www.aquavor.com. To dry your herbs quickly and easily, place a layer of paper towels on a cookie sheet. Spread your fresh cut (and washed if necessary) herbs in a single layer on the paper towel. Put the pan into your oven with only the oven light on. The light will generate enough heat to dry the herbs within a few days, yet the heat is low enough not to destroy the valuable enzymes in the herbs. Jean Dukes
