Popular herbal
expert Shari Kilman returned as guest speaker for
the SAHS September meeting, on Thursday,
September 8, at 7:00.
Ms. Kilman is a working herbalist, grower, and
teacher, and has owned and operated OmniStar Farm
in Boerne for 26 years. She spoke to the packed meeting
about herbal remedies in general, and then delighted
the members and guests with a demonstration of ear
candling. Sheila, the volunteer for the procedure,
survived to tell the tale and said she enjoyed the
experience!
